BALLINIPITT architectes urbanistes is first and foremost a multicultural, international team of some twenty people, including architects, interior designers, urban planners, draughtsmen, technicians and all the other trades essential to the agency’s operation.
For more than 40 years, we have built our experience on a wide range of projects of all types and sizes in Luxembourg and abroad.
Job description
- Work as part of a team on large-scale public and private sector projects
- Design and management of projects in the authorization phase
- Management and preparation of working drawings and technical details
- Liaise with design offices, authorities and customers
- Participate in estimates, descriptions of construction systems and products used.
- Draw up and monitor work schedules
- Technical coordination of project execution
- Financial monitoring and budget management
- Use your interpersonal skills to represent the agency in dealings with customers, project owners, partners, companies and suppliers.
Profile required
- You have a degree in architecture (Bac+5).
- You have at least five years’ experience in project management in the building sector in Luxembourg.
- You have a perfect command of the Luxembourg regulatory framework
- You will independently manage projects from the design phase through to implementation.
- You have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team on ambitious architectural projects.
- Dynamic and flexible character, organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in French is essential, German is considered an asset.
