- Construction Supervision
- Work as part of a team on large-scale public and private sector projects
- Participate in estimations, descriptions of construction systems and products used
- Establish and monitor the work schedule
- Ensure technical coordination for the execution of complex, large-scale projects
- Management of project management team
- Financial monitoring and budget management
- Project Handover
- Represent the agency with your excellent interpersonal skills to clients, project owners, partners, companies, and suppliers
Desired Profile
- As an architect or all-trades engineer with a university degree (min. 5 years), you have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management in the construction sector with solid knowledge of public and private markets in Luxembourg.
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written; basic knowledge of German desired
- Structured, your precision and organization streamline everyone’s work
- Resilient, you are ready to face all situations
- Good team spirit and experience in leading a team
- Autonomy, self-control, and rigor in your work
- Manage an internal and external team and know how to delegate
